Scott’s story in Richmond real estate begins with a love for the city itself. Raised in Northern Virginia, he moved to Richmond in 1990 to follow his father and grandfather’s footsteps and attend the University of Richmond, graduating with a degree in Political Science. But it didn’t take long for the city—and its unique homes and neighborhoods—to capture his heart.

He earned his real estate license at just 22, diving headfirst into property management, construction, valuations, and investment properties. Early mentors helped shape his approach, emphasizing hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to clients that goes beyond transactions. Over the years, Scott has built custom homes, renovated historic properties in the Fan and other iconic Richmond neighborhoods, and continued to invest locally and beyond, giving him a deep understanding of the market from every angle.
